According to this post on the Mass Effect community forums, the PC version of Mass Effect has been delayed.

The new release date is May 28 for North America and June 6 for Europe. According to Chris Priestly, Community Coordinator:

We've already reported that Mass Effect for PC will be out in May. Now the exact date was published by EA: May 12. Some other EA release dates which have been changed: C&C 3 Kane's Revenge (PC) on March 27, Battlefield Bad Company (PS3) on June 12, C&C 3 Kane's Revenge (Xbox 360) on June 12.

Past night, BioWare (Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights, Knights of the Old Republic) released the launch trailer for their Xbox 360 Action-RPG, Mass Effect, which will be released on November 20th in North America and November 23rd in Europe.
