WiiWare, Nintendo's Download Distribution system for, well, more casual-like, but still professional games, has started in Europe. It is a new feature of the Wii Shop. The first WiiWare games in Europe are:
- Dr. Mario & Gem Buster (1.000)
- Final Fantasy – Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King (1500 Wii points)
