Update: Throttled mode is off again.

This is just for those of you who recognize that there are some features missing from the site at the moment (like voting, read counter or the list of most-read
articles under "hot"): The frontend of gamersglobal.com has gone into "throttled" mode, which is meant to avoid lagging when there is very much traffic. We're looking into that right now.
