Matrix Games announced that it plans to release Gary Grigsby's War Between the States for the PC shortly.

Developed by 2 by 3 Games, this latest turn-based strategy game explores the American Civil War. It includes a naval war model as well as the expected land battles including artillery, cavalry and infantry.
