Vivendi Games' Sierra Entertainment label confirmed that it plans to release Crash Bandicoot: Mind Over Mutant late this year.

Crash Bandicoot: Mind Over Mutant is being developed by Radical Entertainment and will be released for the Xbox 360, Wii, PlayStation 2, DS and PSP.

In the game, Neo Cortex has created a device that uses text-messaging technology to control the brains of others. Crash Bandicoot must free his friends before Cortex takes over the world. In addition to the conventional platforming play, the game allows Crash to store monsters in his pocket (hmmm... what other game has "pocket monsters"?) improve them over time and unleash them when appropriate.
