Mobile publisher Gameloft posted certain financial results for its fiscal first quarter ended March 31, 2008.

During the first three months of the year, Gameloft reported sales of €25.3 million compared to €22.7 million in the first quarter of 2007.

94% of that came from the sale of mobile games, with the remainder coming from DS and Xbox Live Arcade games (the game is Brain Challenge). 44% of sales during the first quarter came from Europe, with 29% coming from North America. The remainder came from the rest of the world. Gameloft is very optimistic that its growth will continue as it begins to release more games for the iPhone, Wii and DS.
