Sony Online Entertainment plans to host its Fan Faire at the Las Vegas Hilton in Las Vegas, Nevada from August 14 to 17. SOE is the part of Sony that runs massively multiplayer online games such as EverQuest and Star Wars Galaxies. Fan Faire is the biggest annual event the company holds for its players – a chance to dress up in costumes or meet in-game friends in real life.

The event will include lots of panels with the various games’ developers along with events involving each of SOE’s games. There will also be demos of upcoming games like Free Realms and The Agency.
