Nvidia on $20.000 PCs and directors cuts of games

United Kingdom —

Roy Taylor, Vice President of Content Relations at Nvidia, talks briefly about his view on the PC gaming future. In an exchange with tgdaily.com he says:

"I would like a version of the game that doesn’t pander to the businessmen. Something with the very very best in graphics," Taylor said, adding that if it takes a $20,000 PC to run the game, "then so be it".

According to the article, Nvidia also talked to developers about some sort of director's cut of popular games, offering more scenes, levels and better graphics.

Spending a good portion of your monthly income into a new Pc is one thing, my rig came for about 4500$ (which only sounds so much, because the dollar is so incredibly weak compared to the euro at this time)

But 20k...I wouldn't even know what to buy to spent all that much.
I mean seriously, even the fastest 4core, costs only a 1000bucks, most boards don't support more then 8 or 16gigs of ram, then you could go for a Raid5-4TB-Harddisk-overkill, but the rest like Motherboard, Tower and so on is just peanuts, and I'm not even sure if that gets you into the reagion of 10 grand, so seriously, any ideas what kind of rig could cost 20k?
(and I'm talking about hardware, not a rig with a designer tower that cost 15k alone)
