Activision recently launched the official site (created as part of a settlement for a class action lawsuit) for consumers who purchased the Wii version of Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, only to be horrified that the game did not support Dolby Pro Logic II sound.

Consumers who purchased the game can exchange their game disc for an updated version with the sound performing as advertised or apply for a refund.
