Microsoft released an updated version of DirectX. The DirectX End-User Runtimes (August 2007) package is available for all Windows versions and comes as a 53 MByte download. It is available in Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Czech, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Swedish, and English.

Don't be confused because of the labeling: The End-User Runtimes are usually found on game discs and contain the full version of DirectX.
