Looks like Atari has a new CEO. Jim Wilson has joined Atari as its new chief executive officer and president, effective immediately. Recently several game moguls have joined Infogrames, Atari’s parent, including ex-Sony guy Phil Harrison. All of this is part of Infograme’s efforts to turn the business around financially, and make Atari part of Infogrames again.

Before taking this job, Wilson was the General Manager of Sony BMG’s Sony Wonder home entertainment business. He also had some video-game management experience in his past.
