Electronic Arts and its EA Mythic division have delayed the release of the upcoming massively multiplayer online game Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning. Rather than the release being imminent, the game has (yet again) been delayed, this time until late 2008. The official release date is now “Fall.”

EA also announced that it will release a collector’s edition of the Warhammer Online that will include a Warhammer miniature from Games Workshop (of Grumlock, a Greenskin warboss, and the shaman Gazbag), a graphic novel about the game and an art book. There will also be in-game rewards, including 12 exclusive quests and an object that will boost experience gained from play for three, one-hour periods.
