Rock Band finally has an official date for release on the Wii in North America. Harmonix, the division of MTV responsible for the game, along with distribution partner Electronic Arts, confirmed that Rock Band will be released for the Wii on June 22.

At release, Rock Band for the Wii will include 63 songs, and will be available as a bundle or a la carte. The Rock Band bundle will cost $169.99 and will include the game, a microphone, a drum kit controller and a guitar controller.
