This is just a short notice to let you know that you can get the first Crysis Patch here (several mirrors). While the patch is supposed to improve the hardware hungry shooter's performance issues "on many PCs", there is no mentioning of solving certain AI problems which are among the few flaws the game has.

Here's a copy/paste of the change log:


  1. Fixed: Potential crash in D3D10
  2. Fixed: Orange boxes apearing when hispec savegame loaded into lowspec game.

  1. Reduced LAW splash damage vs. infantry in PowerStruggle mode
  2. Slowed Rocket projectile speed down in MP slightly
  3. Disabled automatic turret bounding boxes on vehicles to prevent issues with LAW hit detection
  4. Reduced grenade explosion radius in multiplayer
  5. Clamped water tesselation to avoid cheating in MP
  6. MultiGPU improvements with depth map updates
