Ten years after the release of Street Fighter 3 in 1997, Capcom unveils the first in-game image and facts on the next installment. Most significant: Street Fighter 4 will feature 3D graphics, but stick to the 2D gameplay. Other known bits:
Capcom hasn't revealed any platforms so far, but Street Fighter 4 will supposedly show up on arcade and current-gen consoles. In case you've missed the first teaser trailer, you can watch it in steaming format at streetfighterworld.com. Two additional images previously published by Brazilian weblog bloggeek.com appear to be leaks and were therefore removed. James Mielke of 1up.com issued a lengthy statement on this issue. destructoid.com still has two copies up though.

SF IV for PC? Dream on ...
On of the many special editions of Street Fighter 2 was actually available for PC.
But you're right, fighting games were never that big on the PC, it's very doubtful it will be ported.
I know, and it's really sad.
Why no fighting games for the pc? As if you couldn't plug in the controllers...
Hm, wasn't there some announcement about the new Mortal Combat going to be available for PC?
The Brazilian Blog mentioned in the article is currently down, they were threatened for publishing these two pics.
