According to this news on the official website of Hellgate London subscribers of the online-part of the game will be able to celebrate this english holiday.
The event will take place during November 5 and November 11 and will involve special quests, items, recipes, etc.
Guy Fawkes Day is still celebrated in England in remembrance of the failed assassination of King James I. through the famous Gunpowder Plot to which one can also find references in e.g. the hollywood movie V for Vendetta.
