The first Patch for Hellgate: London is already available, updating the game with new content and features. Nothing for Multiplayer, though. Until now, the only way to get the patch is the Update-Button in the menu of the starter program for Hellgate, before clicking on "Single Player" or "Multiplayer". If it does not appear for you, you will have to wait until the servers have time for you...
