Crysis avoided: Crytek buys Free Radical (Update!)Crysis avoided: Crytek buys Free Radical (Update!)

When staff of UK-based Free Radical Design found the doors of their studio locked one week before Christmas last year, it was evident that the creators of the famous Timesplitters series (and the rather infamous shooter Haze) were in serious trouble. Soon afterwards, the studio went into administration, and since then their fate has not been clear. But now word goes around that the German studio Crytek (responsible for Far Cry and Crysis) has bought Free Radical for an undisclosed sum. An official announcement was not made yet, but scriptwriter Rob Yescombe apparently decided to speed up things by already confirming to 1UP that Crytek really bought his employer. I'm so excited I'm lost for words. It's the smoothest deal we've ever done. This is as close to offical as it can be for now. Anyway, if Rob Yescombe didn't just understand something terribly wrong, this leads to the question of what will happen with Timesplitters 4, which has been in development at Free Radical since some time already. Another project of Free Radical Design, Star Wars: Battlefront 3, is now rumored to be in development elsewhere. Can fans of Free Radical really stop CRYing? We'll update as soon as confirmation is given. Update: Crytek's purchase of Free Radical Design has been confirmed. Resolve Partners, responsible for selling of the studio's remnants, said that with this purchase over 40 jobs have been saved. No official word on what will happen with Free Radical's IPs yet. We'll probably soon hear more about this as well.

I changed a couple of things around, so please tell me if that´s fine with you. In general I´d recomment to avoid too many colons, as they are not encountered frequently in English written texts. Not that it´d be really bad, it´s just a tendency...
I'm fine with your changes. However, I cannot really look for the changes in the revision window. Can you please make sure that, when you revise an article, the box "create new revision" is ticked under "Publishing Options"?
Oh, I didn´t look out for that. Sure I will do that in future then. Sorry that I didn´t check that.
It is a bit hidden and hard to find at first, that's right. And: no need to be sorry. :)
I hope this collaboration will help Crytek to become an even better developer (scriptwriter Yescombe could be very useful, e.g.) and they can establish themselves in the league of international top developers. Of course, it's also a good thing they could help some very talented and creative people at Free Radical.
