Whoever thought that the Games Convention in Leipzig, Germany wouldn't hold any surprises, thought wrong. Capcom officially announced (in Japanese) now that a home console version of Street Fighter IV will be show-cased for the very first time to the public at the Games Convention (from August 21 to 24).
How the console port performs compared to the original arcade version remains to be seen. Street Fighter IV also still misses a release date for the consoles.

Sounds good. I can't remember ever seeing a Street Fighter III, but maybe it just drowned in the gazillion Street Fighter II Versions.
There are several SFIII for the PS one, PS 2, GBA, DC and PSP.
Just take Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike then. It's still hugely popular in worldwide tournaments.
